Gabrielle Union Wears Hundreds of Hand-Knotted Silks in New IG Post

The Valencia Dress comes from New York City fashion brand Interior. The gown (which runs for $2,850) is constructed with tiers of hand-knotted silks, ranging from chiffon to satin, that are tied together to create colorful dimensions. In addition to the textured lines, the dress features a deep-V cut on the back.

Union used the stairs in her serene backyard setting to show off the sky blue, mint green and maroon lines of the dress. She mixed these full-body shots with some lovely up-close portraits. Her makeup was applied by Fiona Stiles, with hair done by Larry J. Sims. Union's stylist Thomas Christos Kikis helped bring together the whole look.

The eye-popping design caught the attention of people like actress and comedian Robin Thede, who said, "Gorgeous!!" TV personality and author Alani "La La" Anthony put it perfectly with, "Woooooooowwwww."
