Time to Stock Up: Shop the Best Bras and Support the Fight Against Breast Cancer

ICYMI: It’s October (yes, time has seriously flown), which means it’s also Breast Cancer Awareness month. This year, between October 4-10, beloved bra brand Wacoal will donate $2 to Susan G. Komen® for every regular priced Wacoal or b.tempt’d bra purchased. It’s all part of their “Bras with a Cause” campaign. This season, Wacoal also has two new releases: a limited-edition pink sports bra and a front close mastectomy bra. So, give yourself some love while also giving to a good cause with the purchase of any regular priced Wacoal or b.tempt’d bra. Need some suggestions? Here are our favorite seven.

1. Sport Underwire Bra

The #1 designer sport bra in the U.S.* features an underwire that faces away from the body and minimizes bounce, making it perfect for high-impact workouts. It's also made of moisture-wicking fabric, keeping you dry, cool and comfortable. This bra comes in a new limited-edition pink color and features a pink ribbon flag on the back for breast cancer awareness.

Speaking of breast cancer awareness month, Wacoal is introducing their first-ever mastectomy/post-surgery bralette, although it’s also ideal for women who simply prefer the convenience of a front close bra. (If you’ve never experienced it, you’re honestly missing out.) It’s wire-free, with a seamless and stitch-free band, with cups that contain a sewn-in plush pocket for breast forms/prosthesis.

4. Back Appeal Minimizer Bra

For an everyday bra that both smooths your back and sides and reduces your bustline up to once inch, look no further than this must-have bra. The new style is comfortable and has close-set straps to avoid slipping, plus a band that prevents dreaded back bulge.

5. Elevated Allure Underwire Bra

Or are you looking for a little more oomph? This underwire bra’s cups are made from specially designed seamless fabric that lifts the bustline up to 1 inch, but shows zero trace underneath a tight-fitting tee, all thanks to a bonded neckline and a band with elastic encased between fabric layers for superior comfort.

6. Perfect Primer Full Figure Underwire Bra

With the word “perfect” in the name you’re already setting the bar prettyyyy high, but this hidden-underwire bra actually lives up to it. It’s made of super-soft fabric with a lace inset detail at the top of the cups that feels understated enough for everyday wear.

7. Net Effect Bralette

How this gorgeous bralette costs less than $40 is beyond us, but we’re glad it does. The plunging neckline, wide straps and soft bottom band can fit up to a D/DD cup. Plus, it features a hook-and-eye closure, because whoever thought bralettes should be pulled on over one’s head needs to answer for their actions...
