It’s cozy, it’s comfy, it’s chic and it’s super affordable as far as winter coats go. What’s not to love about the Amazon coat? Well, this year, Amazon is giving us another reason to add to cart because a kids’ version of the illustrious Amazon Coat now exists. Can you say score?
Just like the original, the little version of the Amazon Coat (aka the Orolay children hooded down coat) is gender-neutral, meaning it works just as well for girls as it does for boys, and comes in navy blue, red, army green, black and yellow. There’s even one with a fur hood for those particularly arctic temperatures that are right around the corner.
The kids’ Amazon coat is windproof, water-resistant and made of high-quality white duck down. It also features a fleece lined hood, side zippers for ventilation, big zippers (easier for little mitten-ed hands to grasp, right?) and lots of pockets (for all their favorite toys and the hand sanitizer we’re forcing them to carry around). It’s also loose enough that your child can wear layers under it. Oh, did we mention it’s machine washable, which is key for notoriously messy kiddos?
Suffice it to say, we’re skipping in-store coat shopping this year and adding this miniature version of the Amazon coat to our shopping cart for the whole family—whether they like it or not.
