Don’t let Zoë Kravitz’s famous family (hello, her mother is Lisa Bonet, her father is Lenny Kravitz and her grandmother starred in The Jeffersons) fool you into thinking she doesn’t have an impressive net worth all on her own. The 35-year-old actress is worth an estimated $10 million, thanks in part to her modeling career and many acting credits.

While speaking with Numero magazine about how she chooses her roles, Kravitz said, "If the story is exciting, it can get me on board, even if I’m offered a small part, because I want to contribute to stories that I feel are important to tell."

She added, "When I read a script and realize it’s unlike anything I’ve done before, that it’s kind of frightening because I’m not sure I’m up to it, it’s usually a good sign. I just want to play parts I feel a connection to. I like playing women I identify with."

From her extensive acting career to her ambassador role for Yves Saint Laurent, here’s a breakdown of Zoë Kravitz’s net worth.

1. What Is Zoë Kravitz’s Net Worth?

Kravitz is worth an estimated $10 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. That figure is attributed to her work as an actor, singer and model.

She’s been acting since high school, but she became a household name after starring in a slew of shows and movies, right around the same time: Californication, X-Men: First Class, Mad Max: Fury Road, Fantastic Beasts, HBO's Big Little Lies, Hulu’s High Fidelity and, of course, The Batman

2. How Much Did Kravitz Earn From Big Little Lies?

In 2017, Kravitz joined the Monterey Five as Bonnie Carlson, along with some of Hollywood’s biggest stars. She received about $380,000 per episode until the show's success garnered her a huge bump of $3 million per episode the next season, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Talk about a major pay raise.

Kravitz revealed in her interview with The Guardian that the role of Bonnie was originally intended for a white actress. And when she joined the cast, she mentioned that filming was a bit of a challenge. She said, “There were a few moments where I felt a little uncomfortable because it is such a white area. Just weird racist people in bars and things like that.”

3. How Much Did She Earn From The Batman?

Kravitz’s salary hasn’t been made public, but in 2021, Variety reported that Robert Pattinson earned $3 million for his role as Bruce Wayne/Batman in the film. Since Pattinson played the central character, it's possible that Kravitz made less than $3 million for her role as Selina Kyle/Catwoman.

Regarding her character's story arc, Kravitz told Stylist, “I think her story is so important. What I was really excited by was where we meet Selina—before she’s even Catwoman. You know, she’s overcome so much. She’s so tough, she’s a survivor, she’s had a lot of trauma. But taking the time to watch her liberate herself from that trauma so that she can become this wonderfully free character that we all love—it’s a really wonderful thing to explore.”

4. What About Her Modeling Career?

While Kravitz modeled for fashion magazines like Elle, Vogue and i-D Magazine, she’s also been the face of many brand campaigns. Since 2009, she’s been featured in Vera Wang, Alexander Wang, Tiffany & Co and Calvin Klein ads. In 2017, she became the first global ambassador of YSL Beauty and continues to be the face (and collaborator) of their makeup collections.

While speaking with Teen Vogue about her unique style, she said, "Everyone is looking at everyone else to see what’s cool. So it’s just all about a level of confidence. When anyone sets out to be cool it becomes contrived. Cool just means 'I agree with this in this moment.' People thought acid-washed was cool, and it wasn’t cool—it was cool then. So it really is a moment of acceptance. It’s superficial that people think I’m cool because I wear certain clothes and I have tattoos. The funniest part is, when they get to know me, they’re always surprised by how nerdy I am."

More recently, the Kravitz became the face of Yves Saint Laurent’s newest fragrance, Black Opium Le Parfum. She told Numero, "They’re not masculine exactly, but they help create an ensemble that’s both sumptuous and subtle. It’s a very Yves Saint Laurent perfume because the brand is strongly focused on creating a balance between women’s different facets. It’s a very sexy, mischievous scent. And I must say I adore the ad campaigns, which are both fun and beautiful."

5. How About Her Music?

Following in her father’s footsteps, Kravitz has a passion for music. In 2009, she was a part of the band Elevator Fight, and they headlined the South by Southwest music festival. By 2014, she started her own band, Lolawolf (named after her siblings), and released a debut album called Calm Down.

In 2018, she was featured on Janelle Monáe's Grammy-nominated album, Dirty Computer, and in 2020, she released her second album, Tenderness. Honestly, is there anything Zoë Kravitz can’t do?
