There are certain shows that capture my attention from the very beginning. This includes Manifest, which was canceled by NBC after three seasons and then picked up by Netflix for a fourth (and final) installment

Despite the controversy, actress Melissa Roxburgh has officially returned to the NBC family. The Manifest star has been gaining popularity ever since her newest project, The Hunting Party, premiered on NBC.

The procedural drama follows a former profiler (played by Roxburgh) who teams up with an elite team of investigators to track down dangerous serial killers who escaped from prison. The show has everything you want in a fast-paced thriller, from cliffhanger endings to jaw-dropping twists.

The Hunting Party dropped the first episode on January 19, with new installments premiering every Monday at 10 p.m. (FYI, each episode will hit Peacock the following day.) The series was created by JJ Bailey (Echo), who also served as an executive producer alongside Jake Coburn (Gossip Girl), Thor Freudenthal (Diary of a Wimpy Kid) and Keto Shimizu (Arrowverse).

If Roxburgh looks familiar, that’s probably because she portrayed Michaela “Mick” Stone in the popular show Manifest. Her other acting credits include Valor, Quantum Leap and Tracker. The actress is joined by an equally familiar cast in The Hunting Party, including Nick Wechsler (Revenge), Patrick Sabongui (Homeland), Josh McKenzie (La Brea) and Sara Garcia (The Flash).

Looks like I have plans on Monday night.
