This Jennifer Aniston Flick Is the New #4 Movie on Netflix

This Jennifer Aniston movie, Love Happens, is reminding us why we’ve always admired the Friends alum.

If the film title sounds familiar, it’s probably because it originally premiered back in 2009. Since becoming available to watch on Netflix, it’s already claimed the number-four spot on the streaming service’s list of most-watched movies. (It’s currently ranked behind The Mitchells vs. the Machines, Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted and Green Zone.)

The movie introduces viewers to Burke Ryan (Aaron Eckhart), a successful therapist and author of a self-help novel that guides readers as they cope with grief. He wrote the book after the tragic passing of his wife and makes his living off of book tours and seminars.

Everything changes during one of his conferences when he meets a florist named Eloise Chandler (Aniston). Their budding relationship forces him to confront the haunting question: Is Burke truly over his late wife?

In addition to Eckhart and Aniston, Love Happens also stars Frances Conroy (Ella), Martin Sheen (Ryan) Judy Greer (Marty), Dan Fogler (Lane “Goddamn” Marshall), Joe Anderson (Tyler), John Carroll Lynch (Walter) and Darla Vandenbossche (Beehive).

The movie was directed by Brandon Camp (Benji), who also wrote the screenplay alongside Mike Thompson (Dragonfly). J. Miles Dale (The Shape of Water), Ryan Kavanaugh (Brothers) and Richard Solomon (I Am Sam) served as executive producers.
