This Can't-Miss Hulu Doc Reveals Never-Before-Heard Secrets & Stories from Our Favorite '90s Kid Stars

Looking for a little bit of ’90s nostalgia? Well, Hulu’s got just the thing for you. The streaming platform released one of its latest documentary films earlier this month, and it’s already getting tons of buzz.

On Friday, March 12, Hulu dropped a brand-new drama-documentary called Kid 90, which centers around teenager Soleil Moon Frye (AKA Punky Brewster) as she documented her group of friends growing up in Hollywood and New York City in the 1990s. And did we mention some of her pals include famous faces like Brian Austin Greene and David Arquette? Yeah, this is a must-see.

Watch the full trailer below.

Hulu’s official synopsis reads, “As a teenager in the ’90s, Soleil Moon Fyre carried a video camera everywhere she went. She documented hundreds of hours of footage and then locked it away for over 20 years. After all this time, Kid 90 unlocks the vault and presents a true time capsule of a group of friends growing up in Hollywood and New York City in the ’90s, balancing childhood and fame pre-internet and social media explosion. Soleil is joined by lifelong friends and fellow child stars who provide commentary on growing up in the ‘90s; including David Arquette, Stephen Dorff, Balthazar Getty, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Brian Austin Green, Tori Leonard, Heather McComb and more.”

And the flick is getting stellar reviews from both critics and audiences online. In fact, it received an impressive 78 percent on Rotten Tomatoes and an audience score of 83 percent.
