OK, so you’ve already binge-watched hits like Virgin River, Sweet Magnolias and Dead to Me, and you're looking for more of the best shows on Netflix. Luckily, the streaming service has a ton of movies and shows to choose from in its top-rated section, which ranks popular titles based on what’s trending. The best part? The list is updated daily, making it an ideal place for me to find new suggestions (like The Later Daters).

From The Madness to A Man on the Inside, keep reading for the top ten Netflix series, and my personal editor's pick of the week.

Editor’s Pick of the Week: Cobra Kai

  • Who’s in it: Ralph Macchio, William Zabka, Xolo Maridueña
  • How many seasons: 6
  • For fans of: The Karate Kid
  • Genre: Drama

The popular series has been gaining popularity ever since releasing season six part two. The newest season follows the karate students as they gear up for their biggest tournament yet: the Sekai Taikai, where they’ll face off against the best dojos from around the globe. But of course, new challenges arise and jeopardize Miyagi-Do’s chances of taking that title.

In her honest review of the latest installment, Nakeisha Campbell wrote, “Part two is quite intense and features a bombshell finale that I never could've predicted.”

1. The Madness

  • Who’s in it: Colman Domingo, Marsha Stephanie Blake, John Ortiz
  • How many seasons: 1
  • For fans of: The Perfect Couple
  • Genre: Thriller

Colman Domingo steals the show in this thriller series, which follows a writer who finds a dead body in the woods. It doesn't take long for him to become a suspect, forcing him to prove his innocence.

2. Cold Case: Who Killed JonBenét Ramsey

  • Who’s in it: JonBenét Ramsey
  • How many seasons: 1
  • For fans of: The Lost Children
  • Genre: Investigative documentary

I’ve seen countless documentaries on the JonBenét Ramsey case, but I’ve never seen anything this comprehensive. The investigative docuseries debunks several well-known theories and provides new evidence that suggests the killer isn’t part of the family.

3. Is It Cake? Holiday

  • Who’s in it: Mikey Day
  • How many seasons: 1
  • For fans of: Is It Cake?
  • Genre: Reality competition

In this family-friendly series, skilled bakers are tasked with the ultimate mission: create cakes that are so realistic, they trick the celebrity judges. The holiday version gives it an extra dose of *magic.*

4. A Man on the Inside

  • Who’s in it: Ted Danson, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, Lilah Richcreek Estrada
  • How many seasons: 1
  • For fans of: The Good Place
  • Genre: Sitcom

The feel-good series stars Ted Danson as a retired professor who is hired by a private investigator to go undercover inside a retirement home. What could possibly go wrong?

5. The Later Daters

  • Who’s in it: Logan Ury
  • How many seasons: 1
  • For fans of: The Golden Bachelor
  • Genre: Reality

If you loved The Golden Bachelorette, then you need to watch this all-new series, which follows six "golden" singles as they try to find love later in life.

6. Anthony Jeselnik: Bones and All

  • Who’s in it: Anthony Jeselnik
  • How many seasons: 1
  • For fans of: Shane Gillis: Beautiful Dogs
  • Genre: Stand-up comedy

If you’re looking for a good laugh, be sure to tune into Anthony Jeselnik’s latest comedy special, Bones and All. Be warned: This marks his 20th anniversary as a comedian, so no topic is off limits.

7. The Empress

  • Who’s in it: Devrim Lingnau, Philip Froissant, Melika Foroutan
  • How many seasons: 2
  • For fans of: Bridgerton

The adult animated series explores the ongoing conflict between two twin cities. One is a utopian society, and the other is severely oppressed. The story focuses on two sisters who battle against each other on rival sides. (The show has been gaining popularity ever since season two premiered.)

9. The Boss Baby: Christmas Bonus

  • Who’s in it: JP Karliak, Pierce Gagnon, George Lopez
