Calling All Detectives: ‘Hit & Run’ Is the New #3 Movie on Netflix

This brand-new Netflix series is like a cross between Taken and Who Killed Sara?

Hit & Run, which is a mysterious whodunnit tale with a heartbreaking twist, recently premiered on the streaming service. After a few days, it has already claimed the number three spot on Netflix’s list of most-watched shows.

The trailer offers a glimpse into the gripping story line, which follows a man, Segev (Lior Raz), whose life is turned upside down after his wife is tragically killed in a hit and run. When he embarks on a risky journey to uncover the truth, he discovers more about his late wife’s past than he ever knew existed.

“It seemed her death was an accident at first,” someone says in the clip. “But now he thinks there’s more to the story.”

The video concludes with a shocking twist: “It’s time we start investigating your wife.”

In addition to Raz, Hit & Run also stars Gregg Henry (Martin), Igal Naor (Tamir), David Anthony Buglione (Mark) David Shumbris (David), Michael Aronov (Isaac), Siena Kelly (Syd), Joe Giorgio (Mossad) and Alex Gemeinhardt (Miles).

Along with his starring role, Raz also served as an executive producer alongside Mike Barker (The Handmaid’s Tale), Kimberlin Belloni (American Gothic), Itay Reiss (Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens), Avi Issacharoff (Fauda), Dawn Prestwich (Chicago Hope) and Nicole Yorkin (The Killing).

Guess we’ll be bumping this one to the top of our streaming queue.
