This Feel-Good Series Hit #1 on Netflix Just Days After It Premiered

If you’re a musical theater fanatic, then you’ve probably already snagged tickets to see Wicked (for the third time). If you prefer to stream at home, there are plenty of options (including a Denzel Washington-approved drama and a holiday rom-com starring Ted from Schitt’s Creek). But if you’re looking for a feel-good series that will pull at your heartstrings, then look no further than A Man on the Inside.

The dramedy just hit Netflix on November 21, and it’s already claimed the number one spot on the streaming service’s list of most-watched shows.

In A Man on the Inside, Ted Danson stars as a retired professor who is hired by a private investigator. But this isn't any ordinary field work. Instead, he's tasked with going undercover inside a retirement home. What could possibly go wrong? 

In addition to Danson, the show also stars Mary Elizabeth Ellis, Lilah Richcreek Estrada, Stephanie Beatriz, Sally Struthers, John Getz, Lori Tan Chinn, Miles Fowler and Clyde Kusatsu.
