Searching for the perfect beach read to take on your Memorial Day vacay? I've got some good news for all you bookworms: *Tons* of popular BookTok books, along with select Kindles and Fire tablets, are seriously marked down during the Amazon Book Sale, which is running now through May 20.

I'm talking hardbacks and paperbacks for more than 50 percent offKindle books for up to 80 percent off$100 off the Kindle Scribe and more. With so many good reads to choose from, I've made it easy for you to shop by highlighting a few of my faves below, along with a couple that have been taking over my TikTok feed lately. At these prices, you can stock up on your entire summer book list and still have some dough left over for a new pair of sunnies to read them with.

One of BookTok's most anticipated reads of the year, Emily Henry's Funny Story is *50 percent off* during the sale. An opposites-attract romance, the story follows Daphne, whose engagement ends after her fiancé realizes he's in love with his childhood friend, Petra. As she begins a new life in a new town, Daphne ends up rooming with none other than Petra's ex-boyfriend, Miles. Naturally, chaos ensues as the pair hatches a plan to post misleading photos of their summer together...just for show, of course—but we all know where that's going.

And if you're looking for more Emily Henry (because who isn't?) you can grab Happy Place for just $10, and even pre-order this sprayed-edge special edition of Beach Read (to be released on October 2) while it's 30 percent off.

If you somehow haven't been sucked into reading the massively popular A Court of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J. Maas yet, take this as your sign to jump on the fantasy bandwagon. Right now, you can score the box set for half off, which contains the first four full-length books of the series, along with a novella. Not to mention, Maas herself has confirmed that she's working on the next book now, so there really is no better time to pick up this series that had me so enthralled I was barely able to put it down for even the most basic tasks—you know, like food and sleep.

And to prepare for when you fly through these books (because you will, despite their size), you can also nab Maas's other viral series Throne of Glass, which is discounted as an eBook bundle, or start on the Crescent City series for just $10.

OK, this is major. You can save *$100* on the Kindle Scribe during the sale, which not only lets you binge-read your favorite titles at any time of day (or night) thanks to its glare-free Paperwhite screen, but also allows you to take notes and annotate with ease (which can all be converted into digital documents). According to Amazon, this version of the Kindle has the longest battery life, with a single charge providing months of reading and weeks of writing capabilities. Reviewers rave over it, too, with one buyer sharing, "The writing experience on the Scribe is the closest digital device to paper that I have used. I am glad to have these things on one device which does not have all the distractions that come with laptops and tablets...Oh, and as others have said, the battery is amazing." Yep, you'll want to keep this baby in your beach bag all summer long.

Readers are calling the male main character in Abby Jimenez's rom-com Just for the Summer their new favorite, which is saying a lot when it comes to TikTok's book circle. In this story, we follow Justin and Emma as they come up with a wild plan to cancel out each other's love curses. But what's supposed to be a no-strings-attached fling for the summer could never just be as simple as that, and the pair must navigate tough life situations and undeniably real feelings.

If there's one book I'm going to tell you you *have* to read, it's Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros, the first in her Empyrean series. Considering that it has near-perfect ratings from over 200,000 reviewers on Amazon, I'm far from the only one who'd recommend it.

This sweeping fantasy story, which you can grab the hardcover of for half off during the sale and has similar page-turning, cutthroat vibes to The Hunger Games, follows Violet Sorrengail as she's thrust into Basgiath War College, not as a member of the Scribe Quadrant which she had been training for her whole life, but as a candidate to become elite dragon rider. Stakes are high as cadets, including ruthless wingleader Xaden Riorson, fight for their lives not only through training, but against each other. Because at Basgiath, you either graduate or die.

Psst: You'll also want to grab the following book in the series, Iron Flame, to have on hand, and pre-order Onyx Storm, which is planned to be released in January of next year, because those cliffhangers will have you on the edge of your seat and ready for the next read.

Despite being a fantasy girl myself, cowboy romances have still been completely taking over my feed lately—particularly Flawless by Elsie Silver, which you can grab for almost 50 percent off in paperback. Filled with fan-favorite tropes like "only one bed," this fun story follows golden boy bull-rider Rhett Eaton who finds himself stuck with his agent's daughter Summer as "supervision" for the summer after getting involved in a public brawl. Readers are loving it for it's *flawless* (see what I did there?) banter, plot twists and spicy scenes.
