Get Your Card Ready: I Found a Tarte Shape Tape Concealer Sale and Trust Me, You Don't Want to Miss It

I’m always looking for brand new beauty products to add to my lineup, but right now, I’ve got my eye on the tried-and-true Tarte Shape Tape concealer ($32; $22) for my upcoming holiday events. A buzzy TikTok product that has been deemed something of a holy grail in the beauty world, the concealer has received thousands of glowing reviews for its smooth blend and effective coverage. Now that it's marked down during Ulta's Big Holiday Beauty Sale—in all 37 shades, may I add—I'm wasting no time stocking up, and neither should you.

Buyers swear it helps mask breakouts and dark circles. But thanks to its formula—which contains an elite blend of skin-nourishing ingredients like shea butter, mango butter and licorice root—it does so much more, including helping to improve the general appearance of your skin. As if that weren't enough, according to the brand, you may also see an improvement in the elasticity and hydration of your skin with regular use. So, really, the least exciting thing about the must-have is that it provides a full day of coverage (16 hours, to be exact) without any lines, creasing or caking.  

PureWow Creator Kate Kesselman put the best-selling product to the test and concluded that it is indeed worthy of the hype thanks to its crease-free application and non-cakey formula. A former PureWow editor also echoed similar sentiments, stating: “It looks like real skin...not like I’m hiding something with makeup. I also have pink and yellow skin tones, so it is hard to find products that work. This did amazing work, giving me even coverage. I am truly happy with my purchase.”
