7 Celebrity Hair Transformations That Surprised Us This Year

And she surprised us again with this recent chop (that was inspired by Brad Pitt and Gwyneth Paltrow’s matching cuts in the ‘90s.) Tip: Ask your stylist to keep some length in the front so you have more options (i.e., swept over or tucked behind an ear) as it grows out.

Fact: When you think of Julianne Hough, you immediately picture her bright blonde hair and crystal blue eyes.
