Whether you take your coffee with cream or almond milk, listen up, because we’re about to introduce you to your new favorite caffeinated drink.
Meet: Banana-milk coffee. The concoction was first spotted at Brooklyn coffee shop J+B Design & Café, and while the concept is incredibly simple, it tastes like no coffee we’ve ever had before. Here’s how you can make it at home.
First, make some banana milk: Blend up one very ripe sliced banana with a cup of water.
Next, pour a glass of cold brew coffee over ice. Homemade or your favorite store-bought brand works fine. Leave some room.
